Mikalai is an expert in software development on Java and team management.

More than 5 years of total experience, more than 3 years of work with Agile methodologies. Now works in "Zoral Labs" company as Technical Lead/Scrum Master. Mikalai has solid experience in implementation and usage of engineering practices (TDD, CI, unit testing, etc.). Also Mikalai is author and coach of a lot of trainings related to applications testing, planning activities, QA process, engineering practices. Many times as a speaker at "Agile Gathering" conference in Kiev.
